Pride PFP is a free online tool for creating LGBTQ+ pride profile pictures and custom pride flags. The Service runs entirely in your web browser. No account, sign-up, or payment is required. All image processing is performed locally on your device — your photos are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Your Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of any images you upload and any Pride PFPs or flags you create using the Service. There are no watermarks and no attribution requirements. You may use your creations for personal or commercial purposes as you see fit.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any photos or content you upload, and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or intended to harass or discriminate against others

The Pride PFP website, including its design, code, pride flag color definitions, templates, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or underlying software beyond using the Service as intended.
